Welcome to Stitch N Stack. These Terms and Conditions explain how our tailoring services work and what both you and our team can expect. By booking an appointment, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Service Overview

Stitch N Stack provides doorstep tailoring services, including home measurement visits, stitching for various outfit types, alterations and delivery of finished garments.
All services are offered within the locations we currently operate in.

2. Booking Appointments

● Appointments can be made through call, WhatsApp or our website form.
● You must provide accurate details such as name, address, phone number and preferred time.
● Appointment slots are subject to availability.
● If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 3 hours before your slot.

3. Measurements and Instructions

● Measurements are taken by our trained team during a home visit.
● Customers must provide clear design references, fabric details and any custom instructions at the time of measurement.
● If measurements or instructions are given incorrectly to our team, Stitch N Stack is not responsible for the final outcome.
● Any major design change after measurements may require additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payments

● All prices are shared clearly before confirming the order.
● Pricing may vary based on design complexity, added details or urgent stitching.
● Payments can be made through UPI, cash or other supported methods.
● Full payment or advance may be required depending on the order type (e.g., bridal, bulk orders, uniforms).

5. Delivery Timeline

● Delivery timelines are provided during order confirmation.
● Most outfits are delivered within the standard time unless the design is complex.
● External delays caused by weather, strikes, transport issues or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

6. Fitting Guarantee

● We offer a proper fit guarantee.
● If any minor adjustments are required, you can request an alteration within 48 hours of delivery at no extra cost.
● Major design changes or additional design requests will be chargeable.

7. Fabrics and Materials

● Customers must provide their own fabric unless stated otherwise.
● We are not responsible for fabric damage caused by poor material quality, shrinkage or color bleeding.
● If fabric is damaged due to stitching error by our master tailor, we will compensate only for stitching charges and alteration—not the fabric cost.

8. Order Cancellation

● Orders can be cancelled only before the measurement visit or before cutting the fabric.
● Once fabric is cut or stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
● Advance payments are non-refundable after stitching begins.

9. Refund Policy

● Refunds apply only if Stitch N Stack is unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons.
● Refunds are not provided for:
     ● dissatisfaction due to wrong instructions
     ● fabric issues
     ● design changes after measurement
     ● unreasonable expectations beyond the agreed design

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

● Availability at the time of the appointment
● Providing correct address and phone number
● Proper lighting and space for taking measurements
● Clear instructions on design and style
● Review of final outfit at the time of delivery

11. Behaviour and Safety

● Our staff must be treated with respect and professionalism.
● Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of service.
● For everyone’s safety, we may refuse service in areas considered unsafe.

12. Use of Photos

With your permission, Stitch N Stack may use outfit photos for portfolio, social media, or marketing.

13. Changes to Terms

Stitch N Stack may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our service means you accept the revised terms.
